Aesthetic Veneers
In this option we have 2 techniques DIRECT AND INDIRECT NON-AGGRESSIVE AND ARE REVERSIBLE:
- Indirect
For this technique we need 2 appointments, the teeth are not worn down and it is a more durable option over time. The first appointment is made to take the impression to take a mold where the restorations are made. The second appointment is a test of the resin lenses and if the patient accepts the treatment, adhesion to the tooth is made with special cement, which adheres the veneer to the tooth and prevents filtration of bacterial plaque. Being an indirect restoration, it is more resistant.
Duration from 5 to 9 years.
- Direct
It is done by adding resin on the tooth, it is a good option, however, it takes time to make it since it is done by adding thin layers of resin that makes the time in consultation longer. Completion time of 4 to 6 hours, its polish and shine is noticeable but regular appointments are needed to control its shine.
Duration from 2 to 5 years.
Porcelain Veneers

This technique is the most resistant and durable option. They are made based on lithium disilicate (porcelain) that make them more durable, 2 appointments are made: The first appointment is the impression taking where the mold is removed and the porcelain veneers are made. The second appointment is a trial of porcelain veneers on the tooth, and if the patient accepts, the veneers are cemented with a resinous cement that makes them adhere well to the tooth.
